At Like Tour and Travel, we aim to offer transparent and fair policies for tour bookings and travel services.
Booking Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested in writing or via registered contact details.
Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked (tour package, hotel, transport, or activity) and the time of cancellation.
Once a booking is confirmed, service provider policies (hotels, airlines, transport operators) will also apply.
Refund Policy
Like Tour and Travel follows a conditional refund policy.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Cancellation within the allowed timeframe as per the booked service
Tour or service cancelled by Like Tour and Travel due to unavoidable circumstances
Failure to provide a confirmed service due to operational reasons
Non-Refundable Cases:
Last-minute cancellations
No-show by the customer
Changes made after confirmation
Cancellations due to personal reasons
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, after deducting applicable cancellation or service charges.
Modification Policy
Date, hotel, or service modifications are subject to availability and additional charges.
Price differences may apply for revised bookings.
Important Notes
Like Tour and Travel acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers.
Delays or changes due to weather, traffic, government regulations, or natural events are beyond our control.
No refund shall be provided for unused services during the tour.
